Terms governing use of the Webcypressway website and booking of register sessions in South Korea.

1. Acceptance

By accessing webcypressway.click or booking a session with Webcypressway, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services described

Webcypressway provides in-person and office-based sessions related to offline reserve registers for self-custody households. Website content describes these services; it does not create a binding contract until you receive and accept a written quote or booking confirmation.

3. Intellectual property

All text, layouts, register templates, and branding on this site belong to Webcypressway unless otherwise noted. You may print pages for personal household use. You may not republish our templates commercially or remove attribution.

4. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the contact form, submit false information, or attempt to access systems beyond public pages. You will not use our materials to misrepresent your credentials or ours.

5. Limitation of liability

Webcypressway provides educational facilitation only. We are not responsible for loss of assets, keys, or recovery materials before, during, or after a session. Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the session giving rise to the claim, except where South Korean law prohibits such limitation.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Webcypressway against claims arising from your misuse of register materials or disclosure of recovery information to unauthorized persons after a session.

This site may link to external resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, including the Microsoft Store homepage linked from our reserve guide.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ulsan, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
