Home Register Setup

Home Register Setup

A facilitator visits your home to build a bound reserve register with index pages, location codes, and a household rotation calendar.

Who this is for

Households that recently moved keys off an exchange, inherited recovery materials without documentation, or store envelopes in more than two locations without a shared index. You do not need prior register experience—we start from where your papers sit today.

What you receive

  • One bound A4 reserve folio with numbered pages and acid-free dividers
  • A master index sheet listing location codes, responsible family member, and last verified date
  • A duplicate index for a trusted relative (no key material copied—index only)
  • A rotation calendar pinned format for quarterly checks
  • Blank continuation pages for future entries

Process

  1. Phone intake (15 min) — You describe rooms, safes, and relatives involved in storage.
  2. Home visit — We spread materials on your table; you write every entry while we guide structure.
  3. Walkthrough — Each adult in the home reads the index aloud and asks questions.
  4. Follow-up email — Summary of codes used and suggested next review date (no sensitive content).

Included

Facilitator travel within central Ulsan, folio binding, dividers, labels, and a pen set. Tea and patience.

Excluded

Fireproof boxes, steel capsules, bank safe deposit fees, legal estate planning, and digital wallet configuration. We do not touch your private keys or photograph recovery cards.

Preparation

Gather all envelopes, capsules, and notes into one room before we arrive. Clear a table that fits two open folios side by side. Adults who share custody should attend if possible.

Timeline

Book at least 5 days ahead. Same-week slots occasionally available with rush fee (see Rates).
