Refund Policy
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit refunds, and exceptions for Webcypressway register sessions in Ulsan.
Overview
This policy applies to Home Register Setup, Backup Key Review, and Family Custody Workshop sessions booked directly with Webcypressway. Materials are prepared per booking; refunds depend on notice period and work already completed.
Cancellation by you

| No-show without notice | No refund; full session fee may be invoiced |
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules incur a ₩20,000 administrative fee. Reschedule requests: hello@webcypressway.click or +82 52 0000 2031.
Cancellation by Webcypressway
If we cancel due to facilitator illness or severe weather, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra cost.
Partial refunds after session start
If you end a home session early by choice, charges reflect time spent and materials used. Bound folios customized with your handwriting cannot be returned. Unused blank templates may be deducted from any partial refund at our discretion.
Non-refundable items
- Completed bound register folios and printed index sheets
- Travel fees for facilitators already en route
- Workshop seats after materials are printed with your group name
- Rush booking surcharges
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payment method (bank transfer or card reversal). Processing takes 7–14 business days after approval.
Deposits and final payment
Deposits apply to your session total. Remaining balances are due at the end of in-person work. We do not offer online checkout refunds because we do not process web payments.
Disputes
Contact hello@webcypressway.click with your booking reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Unresolved matters may be referred under our Terms of Service governing law in Ulsan, South Korea.
